Charred Maple
The moonshine that started our adventure. After many a late night of trial and error, don’t ask about the “super sour mash”, we found a perfect balance of corn, barley and rye that gave rise to an excellent spirit. To get it across the line we let it mature with newly charred maple wood to impart a delicate smoky finish.
Jarred at 500ml 40%ABV this has become our go to sippin’ whisky and oftentimes finds its way into an Old Fashioned cocktail.
